Step 1
When your Falcon user ID is set up, you will receive two emails. (If you are the first user for your firm, your User ID was set up by Platinum Filings. Subsequent users are set up by your firm’s Admin user).
The first / welcome email contains your username (your email address) and a link to access Falcon:

The second email provides a temporary password:

When logging in for the first time, you are required to change your password:

You will be prompted to select your preferred drafting method for creating new filings. Choose one of the following:
- Wizard Prompt Flow – This method uses a step-by-step guided approach, like a questionnaire. You will be asked a series of questions about the details of the UCC filing (e.g., debtor information, secured party, collateral description). Based on your responses, Falcon will complete the relevant UCC forms for you
- In-Form Drafting – This method allows you to manually fill in the UCC forms directly within the platform. This is suited for experienced users who prefer full control over the content and layout of the forms
