- My Filings: Displays all filings that you own—either created by you or transferred to you
- Lapse filings: Shows filings that will lapse within X months (Default of 6 months can be changed)
- Monitor filings before they lapse
- Export this list into regularly scheduled reports
- Falcon also generates lapse alert emails
- All filings: Displays all filings belonging to your firm
- Limited access users do not have this item. (They only access filings that they own)
- Similarly, the Lapse filings list (above) for a limited access user only includes filings that they own
- Standard users can view all the firm’s filings (but can only update those that they own)
- Managers and Admin users can update all the firm’s filings
- Dashboard: Provides visual statistics and graphs related to your filings
- Scheduled Reports: Displays reports you’ve created, such as lapse reports
Folders
- Organize folders freely—by matter, client, project, person, or any structure that suits your workflow
- You can create multi-level folder hierarchies
- Legacy Filings Folder: A predefined folder for adding filings processed outside of Falcon
Column headings
- Sorting: Click on a column header triangle to sort the list by that column
- Actions:
- Use the ellipsis (three dots) at the end of each row to update a single filing
- Use the checkboxes at the left of each row to select multiple filings and update all of them at once
Tabs
- All Statuses: Displays all filings within the selected folder or list
- Draft: Shows filings currently under client control with statuses such as Draft, Returned to Draft, Rejected, and Quote Sent
- Submitted: Displays filings currently under Platinum's control, with statuses such as Submitted to File and Submitted for Quote
- Complete: Lists filings marked as Acknowledged, Complete, or Canceled
Search Box/Icons
- Search Bar: Search filings by Falcon ID
- Icons:
- Filter: Apply filters based on any field in the list
- Export: Download the visible list data to an Excel file
- Table Settings: Customize your table view—add, remove, or rearrange columns
- Add New Filing: Initiate creation of a new filing
